Karen Adams - Email

Karen came to work for Warren in early 1994. During the last 15 years she managed the Customer Service Departments at two of the top title insurance companies in Sacramento, most recently Fidelity National Title, where she computerized the Customer Service Department and designed a tracking system for all orders taken.

Karen designed databases for Real Estate agents and taught them how to better manage and market their business. Working one on one with top producing agents, she was able to obtain business for Fidelity by an exchange of value. As a result Fidelity was the authority in computer training and helping agents obtain business through automation.

After five years, Karen left her employ at Fidelity to join forces with Warren. As a result, Warren's infrastructure is highly computerized. She directs all of "WARREN ADAMS - THE R.E.O. SPECIALIST", advertising as well as marketing of all of his current listings. She also prepares the listing paperwork for Warren's review and tracks every escrow from open to successful close.

In her spare time, Karen likes to swim, cut roses from her rose garden and play games on her computer.



Teri VanAirsdale - Email

Once upon a time, in mid-'87 Teri decided that she wanted to be a courier for a Title Insurance Company. She applied at North American Title and was hired on the spot. Teri enjoyed her career as a courier so much, she delivered title documents and commission checks to real estate agents and lenders for 6 years. After many years of being a fine courier for the company, they decided to promote Teri to the Customer Service Department. After a year of blossoming in Customer Service, Warren Adams came along and said "come join my Repo Harem" and the rest is history.

In her two years with Warren, she has served as photographer for the BPO properties, typist and most recently, bill and invoice Queen. She also makes sure all requests for BPO's are delivered to our clients on time. Teri keeps us all smiling along the way.

In her spare time, Teri likes to spend her time boating and gardening.
