Chief Financial Officer / Agent

Karen has a strong background in customer service and marketing research with Fidelity National Title. After 15 years of working in the title insurance industry, she left her employment to work with Warren.

Karen came to work with Warren in early 1994. She oversees the accounting department to ensure all invoices are processed and submitted per the banks specification. She also heads up the advertising and marketing of Warren Adams, Inc. It began with letters of introduction and has grown into a wide variety of Warren paraphernalia.

In her spare time she likes to swim and hang out with her granddaughter Harmony.

Director of Listings and Advertisements

Teri started in the real estate business as a Title company courier. Now, Teri has become a veteran of the Warren Adams operation since beginning her employment in 1994. She has developed a vital role in the daily functions of one of the Sacramento region’s busiest real estate enterprises.  She has worn many hats making her well versed in all aspects of the office procedures. Currently she wears the Listing and Advertising crown. That means she gets the listings into MLS and the ads into the advertising venues ensuring each property gets maximum exposure.

She has been married for a REALLY long time to a swell guy and has a wonderful son. In her free time, Teri enjoys gardening, line dancing, frog collecting and all things Disney.

Contract Evaluations and Resolution Specialist

Mary joined the Warren Adams team in early 2006.  Previous work experience includes health care compliance, property management, customer service, and sales.   She also holds a BA from CSU, Chico.

As Warren’s assistant she is responsible for reviewing incoming contracts to ensure they meet our clients criteria for submission; submits the offers on client specific websites; monitors and coordinates counter offers until final execution.  In the event the offer in question does not meet the client’s criteria, she instructs the selling agent on what is required.   She also assists the team in keeping abreast of our clients ever changing needs in the REO world.

Other duties include assisting our clients with the care management of their properties until they are sold and maintaining our MLS listings.

In her off time, Mary enjoys cooking, crafts, and creative writing.

Escrow and Transaction Manager 

Kim joined Warren Adams team in 2006 as a Transaction Coordinator and brought with her a background in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management in addition to her previous escrow experience.   Kim reviews executed contracts and communicates with all parties to ensure contract time frames are completed as noted and a successful close is met.    She works closely with all parties in order to provide updates to the Asset Managers and closers and assist with any issues that may need to be resolved.  She coordinates closings either to meet or exceed the contract close date. She has cultivated a strong relationship with many escrow officers which facilitates a smooth transaction. She enjoys the fast paced environment working with Warren and learning from the Top REO Agent in the Sacramento Area.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her kids sporting events.

Property Evaluations Specialist

Kristin joined the Warren Adams team in January, 2007, after 10+ years of being a stay-at-home mom. She is the “typist extraordinaire” and ensures that all BPO packages and monthly updates are submitted accurately and completely. She submits marketing photos for Warren’s HUD listings and develops and publishes virtual tours of Warren’s properties. Kristin enjoys her fast-paced, never-boring work environment and is eager to handle any projects sent her way. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CSU, Sacramento, and has many years of customer service experience. In her spare time,

Kristin enjoys going for walks with her husband, spending time with her sons, reading, and cross-stitching.

Accounting Administration

Before coming to Warren Adams Inc, Vickie spent ten years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  In February 2007, Warren and Karen Adams pulled her away from days of bed pans and blood pressure cuffs to mentor her in the glamorous life of finance and accounting. She is now well versed in the bank’s reimbursement process as well as assisting with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions of the company. Vickie prides herself as an expert in all aspects of the FNME billing procedures and LPS Desktop Management. 

During her free time she enjoys spending time with her two year old daughter Bella, bike riding, gardening and cooking.

Transaction Facilitator / Agent

Jennifer has been working for Warren since May 2008. She is Warren’s transaction coordinator who is responsible for opening new escrows, preparing disclosures, reviewing prelims, checking contracts for accuracy, and follow-up documentation. She also assists Kim in corresponding with agents and lenders for closing. In addition, she is responsible for advertising properties, marketing reports, general research and PowerPoint presentations. She specializes in HUD transactions and is available to answer any questions you might have about HUD Homes.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer.

Manager of Marketing Distribution

Tracey has had the pleasure of working for Warren Adams since February 2009.  Her experience with the Warren Adams group has been incredibly wonderful and fun-filled not to mention, educational.  Tracey makes up all the files for new properties as they are assigned, makes sure all utilities are turn ON and makes sure the appropriate services are ordered.  She also facilitates getting repair bids and coordinating repairs. Tracey is in charge of mailing out the plethora of Warren’s very creative marketing material as well. 

When she is not at the office Tracey enjoys spending time with her five children and husband. She also enjoys puttering in her yard and garden and watching her twin girls play soccer.
